The Senior Partner Call

The Senior Partner Call is a free guidance call with Lance Pendleton for homeowners 65 and over and their families. Calling for a parent is fine. You can book the call and they can join.

The call takes about half an hour.

1

You tell me what is going on.

Selling, staying put, or helping a parent decide.

2

I explain how it usually goes.

What happens, in what order, and where people get surprised.

3

We go through the getting ready workbook.

What to gather and what to ask before you sign anything.

4

You leave with a short list of next steps.

Written down, in plain words, so you can read it again with your family.

The getting ready workbook.

The workbook is the questions to ask before you sign. Most people reach them after the papers are signed.

What I will not do.

No paperwork.

You sign nothing on this call.

No push to sell.

Staying put is a fine answer.

No follow-up calls

unless you ask for one.

Set up your call.

Three ways. Use whichever is easiest for you.

Questions people ask.

Is the call really free?

Yes. It’s free, by phone, and there is nothing to buy on it.

How long is the call?

About half an hour. If you need more time, we book it.

Can I call for my parent?

Yes. Calling for a parent is fine, and the decision is still theirs.

Do I have to be selling?

No. You can call while you are still deciding. Staying put is a fine answer.

Who is the call for?

Homeowners 65 and over and the families helping them. It’s free real estate help for seniors who want to know what’s coming before they sign anything.

Where can seniors get free real estate help?

Start with a call like this one. It’s free, by phone, and there is nothing to buy. For help at home or services near you, try the Eldercare Locator. It’s the federal helpline. Before you hire an agent, bring the ten questions in What to Ask a Senior Real Estate Agent Before You Sign.

Who you will be talking to.

I help homeowners keep control of the biggest financial decision they will ever make.

I hosted Consumed until March 2026. It’s a podcast about buying and selling a home. The episodes are still up on Apple Podcasts.

These days I give free talks for homeowners at libraries.
