What SMS Messages We Send: Once opted in, you may receive text messages including coaching tips and educational content, program or course announcements, event or webinar reminders, promotional offers related to our services, podcast episode announcements (Consumed), real estate coaching content (ReFrame Realty), or transactional messages such as appointment confirmations. Message frequency varies by program.

SMS Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After texting STOP, you will receive a single confirmation and no further marketing messages will be sent from that program. Text HELP at any time for support. You may re-subscribe by texting START or opting in again on our website.

Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. These rates are determined by your mobile carrier and plan. We are not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

Your consent to receive text messages from any brand under Pre-TSD, LLC. applies only to direct communications from that specific program you opted into. • Client and program records across all brands: up to 7 years following completion of services

• Payment records: as required by applicable tax and accounting laws, generally 7 years

• SMS opt-in consent records: minimum 4 years from date of consent, or until 2 years after opt-out — whichever is later (TCPA statute of limitations)

• SMS opt-out records: retained indefinitely to permanently honor your opt-out across all brand programs

• Website analytics and log files: typically up to 26 months

  When personal information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or anonymize it.

8. Your Rights & How to Exercise Them

Depending on your state of residence, you may have certain rights with respect to your personal information. We extend the following rights to all users as a matter of best practice:

Right to Correction: You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information we hold about you.

Right to Opt Out of SMS: You may opt out of SMS messages from any of our brand programs at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. Opt-outs are program-specific — opting out of one brand's SMS does not automatically opt you out of another brand's SMS program. Contact us directly to opt out of all programs at once.

Right to Opt Out of Email Marketing: You may unsubscribe from any of our brand email lists at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us directly.

Right to Opt Out of Sale: We do not sell your personal information. If our data practices change, we will update this policy and provide appropriate opt-out mechanisms before any such change takes effect.

How to Submit a Request: Contact us at lance@lancependleton.com. We will respond to all verified requests within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request. Please specify which brand program your request relates to, if applicable.
