The Reframe Lab Sprint for real estate agents

The Reframe Lab Sprint is a four-week program for real estate agents, led by Lance Pendleton, and the step between the free workshop and Reframe Lab. Four live Mondays on one topic. The free hour teaches you one thing. A month keeps it from becoming one more thing you tried.

$497

Four live sessions from 2:00 to 3:00 PM Eastern. Each sprint opens at a free workshop.

The next sprint: clients 65 and over.

When

Four Mondays from 2:00 to 3:00 PM Eastern: November 2, 9, 16 and 23.

Where

Live and online.

Four Mondays, four questions.

November 2

Meet them. Where these clients already are, and how to get listings from senior downsizers.

November 9

Engage and connect. How to talk to seniors about selling their home, and how to stay in touch without pushing.

November 16

What you offer. How to work with elderly clients, and what you hand off.

November 23

Your roster and your plan. Who is on your partner bench, and how you keep it going.

What you leave with.

Your 65+ list, sorted into now and not now.

The Ten Questions card, and a recap template you send within 24 hours.

Eight one-pagers and twelve monthly emails and posts. You add your name and one line of your own.

A referral roster, with three questions to vet each partner.

A one-page plan for the next 12 months.

A note at 30, 60 and 90 days, each with one question about how the work is going.

How it runs.

One topic for a month, because work that pays back later loses to whatever is on fire today.

For the weekly habit that keeps it going, read How to Build Consistent Lead Flow Without Burning Out.

Four Mondays

Four live sessions in a row, from 2:00 to 3:00 PM Eastern.

Every hour

Five minutes on last week’s action, twenty minutes of teaching, twenty-five minutes of open conversation, then ten minutes on the tools and your one action. Past about 20 people, the conversation moves to breakout rooms of five. No role play.

Each week

One thing to work on before Monday.

Within 48 hours

The recording, the slides and the tools from every session.

To keep

The handouts, a content pack you can put your name on, and a free ePub of The Senior Partner, agent edition.

Where it lives

Everything for the four weeks lives in one place, on your own members’ platform at lab.lancependleton.com. You sign in with the email you use to enroll.

The start

Each sprint opens at a free workshop.

What the sprints cover.

One topic per sprint. The topics rotate.

  • The Senior Partner. Clients 65 and over, and their families.

  • The 150. The 150 people who drive your business.

  • AI for the way you actually work. Where AI helps, and where it does not.

  • The Pricing Conversation. Why price decides what marketing can do.

  • The Seller’s Guide. The document you walk a seller through.

  • The Eight Systems. From open house to contract to close.

If you join Reframe Lab after a sprint, your sprint fee counts as your first month.

Short answers.

Who it is for.

Agents who have seen me teach and want four weeks on one topic.

Who teaches it.

Lance Pendleton. I teach every session myself.

If you miss a session.

Recordings go up within 48 hours.

How it differs from the SRES designation.

The SRES designation teaches what to know about clients over 50. The sprint is four live hours on clients 65 and over, and you leave with a content pack, a referral roster and a 12-month plan. If you’re weighing the designation, my guide to building a senior real estate niche covers whether the SRES is worth it.

What comes next.

Reframe Lab. Every sprint is included there.

If you’re a Reframe Lab member.

You don’t pay for this. Every sprint is included in the Lab, and this one is already on your members’ platform.
